I'm so excited. Darling and I went to look at another reception hall last night. I loved it. It seemed so perfect. Nice size, not too big, not too small, right price, lots of food options.
We're going back tonight for a food testing. I'm bringing my parents. That'll be my big test. As of last night they had April 9th open. I told Tim I would like to ask them to hold the date, and we'll get them the deposit next week.... I've got my fingers crossed. I really want this place...

Had a great weekend. So quiet yesterday. I caught up on sleep and almost finished the front of the shapely tank. A few more rows left then the arm shaping.
I don't want to be here at work today, It's one of those mornings where I'd rather be back in bed. Ick... At least it's a relatively normal day.

TV land is having an Addams Family marathon. How cool is that, that was such a great show, and perfect that i'm watching it this morning. Morticia knits in just about every episode i've seen so far. I'm gonna have to find a picture to make an icon.

08:54 am - Just another Thursday morning
I’m so tired today. Maybe I should have stayed home today. I need a good day of sleep, or maybe a good day of staying home and knitting. I took good buddy Rob to Michaels last night to by silk flowers. Oh god we were there forever, then to dinner, didn’t get in until well past 10. By the time I checked e-mail and such I wasn’t in bed till past 11:30..
I was lying there last night trying to fall asleep and I realized I am really bad at finishing up my knitting projects. I have at least four projects on the needles right now. Some flower washcloths, my knitty French market bag, an original shawl, and a shapely tank. I’d say the washcloth is 80% done. The FMB about 40%, the shawl is a losing cause, I’m going to have to frog it yet again, if I can’t fix the 4 dropped stitches, and the shapely is only 15% done. Yet with all this I keep thinking about how great it would be to do “Charlotte’s Web”. Not happening. First off, in order for me to do Charlotte, I need the funds, and those will not be available until July (Hopefully). Then, I really need to get through some other of these other projects. Oh and then there is this whole engagement party at the end of the month. The Darling and I have to finalize this list on Saturday and write the invitations Sunday and mail them. I found the cutest wedding ring stamp last night, and quickly this morning stamped a white paper and colored it with some watercolor pencils. It looked great. I’m gonna stamp all these “barbeque” invitations that Darling bought before we send them out. Eek…

Spent the last two days at work cleaning out an office that hasn't been occupied in almost a year. Talk about letting things lay around. This is horrible. This man was a pig... They don't pay me enough to do this.

Saw Troy this weekend with the Darling. It sucked. Four more days till the new Harry Potter, I guess I better get finished with my current knitting projects so I can start on the new scarfs..
